
Neurodynamic Breathwork® is a psycho-spiritual transformational method that uses conscious, deep breathing accompanied by dynamic music. It helps access deeper layers of the subconscious mind, release hidden and suppressed emotions, and deepen trust in one's own intuition.

The workshop lasts approximately 3 hours and is led by a certified facilitator. The facilitator creates a safe and supportive environment and guides participants through all parts of the program, except for the breathing process itself, which is guided by each participant's own inner experience.
Introduction
An overview of the method, instruction in the breathing technique, and an explanation of what participants may experience during the session.
Relaxation and Breathing Preparation
Gentle exercises and guidance designed to relax the body and mind and prepare participants for the breathing process.
Breathing Session
Participants lie down with their eyes closed and engage in the breathing practice accompanied by carefully selected music.
Integration
Time for sharing experiences, answering questions, gentle grounding, and introducing possible ways of integrating the experience into everyday life.
Physiological
Participants often experience deep relaxation after the session, release of physical tension, improved sleep quality, a feeling of restfulness, and reduced stress levels.
Psychological and Therapeutic
The process may bring insights into suppressed emotions, strengthen intuition, enhance inner calm, and support greater self-confidence and self-esteem.
Emotional and Spiritual
Many participants report a deeper connection with themselves and others, a stronger sense of presence, awakened creativity, and a greater feeling of grounding and stability.

Od roku 2013 se věnuje józe a holistickému zdraví, později objevila práci s dechem a rozšířené stavy vědomí. Zásadním mezníkem se pro ni stalo Holotropní dýchání® a následně absolvování 400hodinového certifikačního výcviku Neurodynamického dýchání® v roce 2022.
