They've fossilized, and your physiology has adapted. These entombed stories that drive your behaviour are expressed as subtle vibrations and experienced as sensation - the language of the body.
Sensation proceeds every action you make, directing you towards the experiences you like and away from the ones you don’t. Developing the capacity to be with sensation, without reacting, is a skill that translates into the full integration of unresolved and outdated narratives.
