We will explore the biomechanics of arm balancing, focusing on the alignment, stability, and intelligent weight distribution needed to find lightness.
After a grounding pranayama and a heat-building vinyasa flow, we’ll dive into the world of arm balances.
You will learn to master variations of Crow Pose (Bakasana) and explore creative, accessible transitions that connect raw strength with fluid movement.
Through supportive, hands-on guidance, we’ll help you move step-by-step toward your chosen asana.
This workshop is designed to challenge and inspire all levels, offering variations so everyone can explore something new at their own pace.
Sunday 12.4. 10:00-12:00
Inga and Liza are not just teachers, but close friends whose shared passion for movement and community brings a unique, playful energy to their workshops.
Inga stepped onto the mat in 2020 and was immediately hooked by the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. Her practice is fueled by the challenge of arm balances and the playfulness of inversions. After years of dedication, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training to share this joy with others. In her classes, Inga focuses on building strength and quiet confidence, helping students fully embrace the present moment through movement.
Liza discovered yoga in 2019, finding it a vital tool for introspection and balance during the pandemic. For her, Vinyasa is an integral part of life that reveals the limitless potential of both body and mind. Beyond the physical, she values the supportive community that yoga builds. In every session, Liza strives to cultivate deep mindfulness and grounded empowerment, guiding students toward a stronger connection with their own bodies.
Together, they create a supportive and high-energy environment where every student can explore their boundaries with a smile.
