What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that brings us into a deep meditative state. Through conscious breathing, we create space to release physical, emotional, and energetic tension and reconnect with our authentic self.

In everyday life, we often protect ourselves from uncomfortable emotions. When facing challenging situations, we may suppress feelings or disconnect from bodily sensations in order to feel safe. Over time, this creates physical and emotional blockages that can close the heart — the center of our emotional world.

When the heart remains protected for too long, both pleasant and unpleasant emotions can stay locked away, distancing us from our true nature.

Through the medicine of the breath, we gently awaken self-awareness and unconditional love. Healing happens through the direct experience of full, loving presence.

About the Workshops

These breathwork workshops are an introduction to conscious connected breathing and its transformative potential.

The journey consists of two individual yet complementary workshops that follow one another. Each workshop has its own focus, while together they create a coherent and deeper process.
The first workshop offers grounding and foundational tools that naturally support the experience of the second workshop.

Who are the Workshops for?

These workshops are for:

  • Anyone curious about breathwork and conscious breathing
  • People feeling emotionally blocked or disconnected
  • Those experiencing stress, anxiety, or inner tension
  • Individuals on a path of self-discovery or inner growth
  • People who want to reconnect with their body and emotions
  • Beginners as well as experienced meditators or breathwork practitioners

No prior experience is required.

Breathwork January workshops:

Heart Expansion Breathwork Workshop

This workshop focuses on creating space for the heart to expand.

We work with the heart chakra (Anahata) — the bridge between body and spirit and the center of our emotional life. Through conscious connected breathing, emotions and sensations are invited to arise, be felt, released, and integrated.

This workshop supports opening the heart, softening emotional protection, and deepening connection with oneself.

The technique used is conscious connected breath, creating a continuous, uninterrupted flow between inhale and exhale, inspired by the rebirthing breathwork tradition.

Energetic Emotional Flow Breathwork Workshop

SAT 24.1. 15:00-18:00

RESERVATION

This workshop deepens the inner journey.

Through breath, we connect more actively with our deeper self and gradually loosen identification with ego patterns and mental narratives.

Breathing in full presence allows the subconscious to open and emotional energy to move freely.

This workshop supports emotional release, authenticity, and inner balance.

We use conscious connected (circular) breathing to allow physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages to dissolve and energy to flow naturally

Pierre Wyszogrod

Pierre is a breathwork facilitator from France. His spiritual journey began in South America and Mexico, where he was inspired by ancient healing traditions and indigenous wisdom.

On his path of awakening, Pierre chose breathwork as a practice that bridges ancestral knowledge with a contemporary, embodied approach. Breath became for him a powerful and balanced tool for self-awareness, healing, and inner transformation.

He focuses on So Ham breathwork meditation, conscious connected breath (rebirthing breath), and Tetra breath, guiding participants into deep states of presence and integration.

Pierre received his certification from the Thailand-based Samma Karuna school, completing his training in Greece, on the island of Ikaria — one of the world’s Blue Zones, known for longevity, simplicity, and connection to life’s natural rhythms.

Please note that breathwork is not a medical practice and facilitators are not medically trained.
If you have any serious medical, physical, or psychological condition, please consult your medical practitioner before joining the workshop.

The breathwork style used in this workshop is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:

  • Cardiovascular disease or heart conditions
  • Detached retina or glaucoma
  • Diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm
  • Epilepsy
  • Diagnosed bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
  • Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions
  • High blood pressure
  • High-risk pregnancy (from 3 to 6 months)
  • Recent surgery or injury

If you are taking heavy or long-term medication, you are also advised to seek medical advice prior to participating.

If you have any of the above conditions, please inform us in advance. Depending on the situation and its severity, the workshop may be adapted after consultation with your medical practitioner.
