I believe movement should help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body. Barre is a unique combination of strength, balance, mobility, and endurance, and I love helping people discover just how much they are capable of.
In my classes, you can expect a full-body workout with precise, low-impact movements that strengthen and sculpt your muscles while improving posture and stability. Classes are taught in English and are welcoming to all levels.
