We are happy to invete you for 2 workshops with guest teacher Chris Fox who will introduce his fantastic FOX METHOD

The Fox Method is an efficient and creative practice that helps the athlete as well as the beginner to get stronger and healthier joints, increase range of motion and movement capacity, neurological control, decrease stiffness and pain with long-lasting effect.
It makes you feel grounded, gain mental clarity and increased focus, become more free and fluid in movement, and on a sustainable path to become pain-free!

Movement is Medicine

a playful exploration of what it means to be a kid again.

We will do movement drills that are so simple we have forgotten them. It’s a playful class with lots of laughter, critical thinking and partner work, and we will work with intelligent ways to integrate more stability and tensional balance into asana.

Mobility Therapy

SUN 15.10. 9:30-11:30

this is a staple of Fox Method.

We focus on joint mobility and how to manage and reduce pain, we increase strength and stability so that we can move better and feel better.

Our asana practice will feel more connected, and these simple tools can be incorporated into your daily life to help make your body smarter.


Chris Fox is a 500H yoga teacher trainer, movement educator and Mobility Specialist of FRC. He moved to Bali in 2016 and has been teaching yoga and movement all over the island, primarily at Yoga Barn in Ubud.

He guides classes, workshops, immersions, retreats and teacher trainings with the Fox Method as a fun, functional, and challenging way with focus on simplicity and curiosity. His main focus is for you to move better and to feel better, and help you make your body smarter to be able to do all the things you love to do - every day!
