Beat Stress: Foundations of Mindfulness Course with Honza Zahradník
🌼🌼🌼
We all long for peace and contentment. Yet, our minds are often preoccupied with thoughts of the past, worries about the future, or judgments about ourselves and others.
This mental wandering can lead to stress, fear, or dissatisfaction.
In this course, you will learn how mindfulness meditation can help you focus on the present moment, calm your mind, and create space for greater relaxation, joy, and freedom.
Each session focuses on a specific topic and includes guided meditations and recommendations for home practice.
With regular practice (20 minutes a day), you can notice changes within eight weeks.

My journey with meditation began nearly 20 years ago through the practice of yoga.
🧘♂️ At first, I didn’t focus much on meditation. That changed in 2015 when recurring herniated disc issues brought significant pain into my life.
In 2015, I attended my first meditation course with Tereza Böhmová (Vedic Meditation) and discovered the incredible benefits of meditation. Since then, I’ve maintained a regular practice. 🌟
In 2017, I deepened my practice by participating in a Mindfulness Meditation course led by Jan Burian.
Since early 2023, I’ve been part of a two-year training program guided by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, who are now my mentors on this journey. 🌿✨
I look forward to sharing my experiences with you as we explore the path to inner peace and balance together. 🧘♀️💫
With a smile,
Honza Zahradník
