Inversions and backbending workshop with Lotta Sebzda

Lotta Sebzda is a 53 years old mother of two adult children and also a grandmother to a grandson. When she was a little girl she was never standing still. She was upside down most of the time, doing gymnastics for many years and later dance, ballet and step. So starting with ashtanga yoga after giving birth to her children was like coming home again. She has been practicing ashtanga yoga for almost twenty years now and started her practice with Gittan Hendele, who was one of the first in Sweden teaching ashtanga yoga.

She follows the Mysore style as Pattabhi Jois recommended. And now his grandson Sharath Jois. During her years of studying and practicing Ashtanga Yoga, she have has been following teachers like. Lino Miele, Petri Räisänen, Frank Kappas, Kino McGregor, Dena Kingsberg, Natalia Paisano, Ursula Scott, Tim Feldmann, Sharath jois...and few more....

Lotta is very active on her Instagram profile (@lottasebzdayoga) where she reached 153.000 followers by sharing her daily practice and tips for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
