Do you suffer from aches and pains in the lower back, neck or shoulders from daily work stress? Would you like to be more productive and feel better physically during the working day?

Pilates session is not just an excellent way of increasing your strength and flexibility, it can relieve your general aches and pains from sitting at the computer for extended periods and have you feeling energized and ready to tackle the afternoon!

Pilates can help you manage the stress of the day and give you a mental break from work so that when you go back to your desk, you feel more refreshed. Stretching out the muscles and working the core will help to re-align the posture and correct movement and strain patterns making you more aware of your posture while at work, at home and during other exercise practices.

Lunch time class will go for 60 minutes and are aimed at beginner to intermediate level.
